The programs

Two programs. We treat addiction, and nothing we do sits outside that.

Both are private, intensive, four-week, one-to-one programs built on the SEVA framework: Schema, Education, Values, Adaptation. The framework is consistent. The person is not. We build the program specifically for you.

Substance addiction

SEVA Substance Addiction Intensive

Alcohol and drugs. Four weeks, private, one to one. For people who have run out of patience with their own explanations, and for the people who love them and have run out of them first.

Behavioural addiction

SEVA Behavioural Addiction Intensive

Gambling, shopping, porn, and other compulsive behaviours that continue despite real harm to relationships, wellbeing, responsibilities, values, or quality of life. Same framework, different terrain.

The four-week arc

All four elements of SEVA overlap and develop throughout. This is what the four weeks look like from where the client sits.

  1. Week one

    Understand

Get clear about the addiction, the patterns around it, and what has kept it going. Honest history, without the edited version.

  2. Week two

    Recognize

Learn to catch addictive thinking as it happens: rationalization, minimization, bargaining, and the internal arguments that keep the whole thing alive.

  3. Week three

    Respond

Start building and practising different responses, so recovery becomes progressively less dependent on willpower in the moment.

  4. Week four

    Adapt

Consolidate what has changed, get clear about the life and values this is protecting, and prepare to carry it forward. Follow-up at thirty, sixty, and ninety days.

One to one means one to one

No groups. No standardized curriculum delivered identically to everyone. By the time we are doing the deeper work, we know the person's history, fears, motivations, relationships, values, and what they actually want their life to look like. The work becomes intensely personal, because it has to be.

What we expect

There will be writing. There will be reflection. There will be difficult conversations and some discomfort. You will be challenged, and you will be expected to show up, be honest, and do the work. We do not manufacture discomfort. We also do not treat avoidance as self-care.

Admission starts with a conversation, not a deposit.
